Faith Foundation
Rooted in Faith. Driven by Love. Built for Transformation.
At the heart of everything Bishop Donna Hubbard does is a deep and unshakeable faith that every person—regardless of their past—carries inherent worth, dignity, and the capacity for transformation. The Woman at the Well Transition Center takes its name from the Gospel story of a woman who was seen, known, and restored by grace.
Like that woman at the well, the women who come to WATWTC arrive carrying the weight of trauma, exploitation, and shame. And like her, they leave with living water—renewed purpose, restored identity, and a community that believes in them.
Bishop Hubbard invites faith-based communities, churches, and spiritual leaders to stand alongside this work—because the Church has always been called to care for the most vulnerable among us. This is that calling in action.
